這個冥想將助你打破所有他人賦予你的、以及你甚至不自覺地施加於自身的限制與無效信念系統,這些都可能阻礙療癒的進程。它讓你能夠連繫來自上天的神聖之光,並將其深深導入你身體的每個物理區域,以及大腦的情感中心。

你將能夠接觸這道光,掌控這道光,並運用你的意識與自由意志,將這道光引導至身體任何需要這來自上天光源滋養的區域。

現在讓我們開始冥想。請找一個舒適的位置躺下。如果你需要坐著進行這個冥想,也是完全可以的。一旦你處於放鬆的姿勢,請閉上眼睛,深深吸一口氣,然後呼出。

現在,呼氣。光再次出現在你面前。當你注視著面前的光時,請想像你的鼻子和嘴巴現在移動到了你的生殖系統,或你生殖系統所在的位置。你看見你的鼻子和嘴巴在生殖系統上了嗎?光正逐漸靠近你的生殖系統。現在,準備好將這道光直接吸入你生殖系統位置的鼻子和嘴巴裡。現在,深深吸一口氣,光正在進入你的生殖系統,光已在你之內。

現在,呼氣。光再次出現在你面前。當你注視著面前的光時,請想像你的鼻子和嘴巴現在移動到了你的上背部和肩膀。你看見你的鼻子和嘴巴在上背部和肩膀上了嗎?光正逐漸靠近你的肩膀和上背部。現在,準備好將這道光直接吸入你肩膀和上背部位置的鼻子和嘴巴裡。現在,深深吸一口氣,光正在進入你的上背部與肩膀。光已在你之內。

現在,呼氣。光再次出現在你面前。但此刻,你的鼻子和嘴巴已回到它們原本該在的臉上。你看見面前的光了嗎?現在,深深吸一口氣。

現在,呼氣。已進入你身體的光改變了你。即使在此刻,仍有一些光殘留,流經你的身體系統。你的身體剛接受了一次淨化,清除並接收了來自上方強大而普遍的天使之光。感受光進入過的地方。這道光將在此次冥想後持續存留一段時間。如果你定期重複這個冥想,光將在你身體最需要的部位停留更久。現在,你可以睜開眼睛了。

Welcome to the medical medium podcast, I am Anthony William. Today we are doing a powerful breathing light meditation for healing the mental, emotional and physical aspects of our being.

This meditation allows you to break all boundaries and unproductive belief systems that others have bestowed upon you and boundaries that you have even unknowingly bestowed upon yourself that can potentially hold back healing. It allows you to access the power of the divine light from above and drive it deep into the physical areas of your body, and deep into the emotional centers of your brain. You will have access to this light, you will control this light, and you are going to use your consciousness and free will to channel this light into any area of your body that needs what this light source from above provides.

Now let’s begin the meditation, find yourself a comfortable place to lie down. If you need to do this meditation while sitting up, that will work fine. Once you are in a relaxing position, close your eyes, take a deep breath in and release.
Now on the count of three, take another deep breath, ready? 1,2,3, deep breath in, and release. Now envision, you see a light above. Do you see the light? Now bring the light down. This light is now in front of you. This light is growing stronger and stronger. It is powerful, it is pure. Let your consciousness connect to this light. This light is brighter than the sun. It is the brightest light of the universe, but this light doesn’t hurt your eyes. It is soothing. Nothing hides from this light. Can you see how bright this light is? Can you see its healing power? Can you feel its healing strength? This light comes from above. It destroys disease, darkness, toxic emotions, guilt, shame, fear, doubts, and worry. This light, you see, soothes pain and suffering. As you are breathing, the light is coming closer to your face. Do you see the light getting closer? Now get ready to breathe the light directly into your nose and mouth. Now take a deep breath in, the light is entering, the light is inside of you.

Now release. the light is now in front of you again. Do you see it? As you’re looking at the light in front of you, envision that your nose and mouth are not on your face anymore, your nose and your mouth are now on your abdomen, right where your belly button is. Do you see your nose and your mouth on your abdomen where your belly button is? A light is coming closer to your abdomen. Now get ready to breathe the light, directly into your nose and mouth on your abdomen, where your belly button is. Now take a deep breath in, the light is entering, the light is inside of you.

Now release. The light is in front of you again. As you’re looking at the light in front of you, envision that your nose and mouth are now on your chest, where your heart is. Do you see your nose and mouth on your heart? The light is coming closer to your heart. Now get ready to breathe the light directly into your nose and mouth on your heart. Now take a deep breath in ,the light is entering, the light is inside of you.

Now release, the light is in front of you again, as you’re looking at the light in front of you, envision that your nose and mouth are now on top of your head, where your brain is. Do you see your nose and mouth on top of your brain? The light is coming closer to the top of your head. Now get ready to breathe the light directly into your nose and mouth on your brain. Now take a deep breath in ,the light is entering your brain from the top of your head, the light is inside of you.

Now release. The light is in front of you again. As you’re looking at the light in front of you, envision that your nose and mouth are now on your neck, where your throat is. Do you see your nose in mouth on your throat, where your thyroid is? The light is coming closer to your throat. Now get ready to breathe the light directly into your nose and mouth on your thyroid. Now take a deep breath in. The light is entering your thyroid and throat. The light is inside of you.

Now release. the light is in front of you again. As you’re looking at the light in front of you, envision that your nose and mouth are now on your forehead, where your third eye is. Do you see your nose and mouth on your forehead? The light is coming closer to your forehead. Now get ready to breathe the light directly into your nose and mouth on your third eye.Now take a deep breath in. The light is entering your third eye and forehead. The light is inside of you.

Now release. The light is in front of you again. As you’re looking at the light in front of you, envision that your nose and mouth are now on your lower back, do you see your nose and mouth on your lower back? A light is coming closer to your lower back. Now get ready to breathe the light directly into your nose and mouth on your lower back into your spine. Now take a deeper breath in, the light is entering your lower back and spine, the light is inside of you.

Now release. The light is in front of you again. As you’re looking at the light in front of you, envision that your nose and mouth are now on your upper abdomen, where your stomach is. Do you see your nose and mouth on your upper abdomen? The light is coming closer to your stomach. Now get ready to breathe the light directly into your nose and mouth on your upper abdomen, where your stomach is. Now take a deeper breath, the light is entering your stomach. The light is inside of you.

Now release, the light is in front of you again. As you’re looking at the light in front of you, envision that your nose and mouth are now on your right upper abdomen, where your liver is. Do you see your nose and mouth on your right upper abdomen where your liver is? The light is coming closer to your liver. Now get ready to breathe the light directly into your nose and mouth on the right upper abdomen and liver. Now take a deep breath in, the light is entering into the right upper abdomen and liver, the light is inside of you.

Now release. the light is in front of you again, as you’re looking at the light in front of you, envision that your nose and mouth are now on your reproductive system, or where your reproductive system would be. Do you see your nose and mouth on your reproductive system? a light is coming closer to your reproductive system. Now get ready to breathe the light directly into your nose and mouth on your reproductive system. Now take a deep breath in, the light is entering your reproductive system, the light is inside of you.

Now release. The light is in front of you again, as you’re looking at the light in front of you, envision that your nose and mouth are now on your upper back and shoulders. Do you see your nose and mouth on your upper back and shoulders? The light is coming closer to your shoulders and upper back. Now get ready to breathe the light directly into your nose and mouth on your shoulders and upper back.Now take a deep breath in, the light is entering your upper back and shoulders. The light is inside of you.

Now release. the light is in front of you again. As you’re looking at the light in front of you, envision that your nose and mouth are now on a part of your body that you choose, which part of the body do you choose? Are you ready? The light is coming closer to the part of your body that you have chosen. Now get ready to breathe the light, directly into your nose and mouth. On the part of your body you have chosen. Now take a deep breath in. The light is entering your body, the light is inside of you. Now release. the light is in front of you again. But now your nose and mouth are back on your face where they are meant to be. Do you see the light in front of you? Now take a deep breath in.

Now release. The light that has entered your body has changed you.Even now in this moment, you still have some light left over moving through your body systems, your body has just received a purification, clearing a potent reception of universal angelic light from above, feel where the light has entered. The light will linger for quite some time after this meditation. If you repeat this meditation on a regular basis, the light will remain longer inside your body where areas of your body need the light the most. you can now open your eyes.
When you become aware and realize that we have an easy access to a powerful light source from above and around us, that has the capability of redirecting and course correcting our body’s healing path and process. A great shift becomes possible. Our healing can be held back by boundaries taught by others that don’t allow profound information to enter the mind in emotional centers of the brain. And belief system takeover can block opportunities that could never have been possible when we use our free will and consciousness to break these belief system boundaries and connect to this powerful light source from above. We are telling our body, we are bringing a supernatural power source to aid and provide transformation, which ultimately leads to a freedom our body needs.

You can repeat this meditation daily, or as often as you like.
